All sales are final. I welcome any and all questions about an items’ size/dimensions, color etc before you purchase, please email me at info@amandamedakceramics.com

if a piece arrives damaged in transit please let me know within 24 hours by emailing me at info@amandamedakceramics.com so a replacement/refund can be arranged.

Shipping Domestic

All items are shipped via USPS (with tracking and insurance) unless otherwise requested, Please message me before purchasing if you wish to use another carrier.

Shipping International

At this time I do not ship internationally due to the extremely high costs, but will consider special requests. Please message me to discuss.
